Eminem: Rapper release surprise new album, ''Kamikaze''

Eminem has dropped a surprise new album, titled, 'Kamikaze'.

Eminem has released his new album, 'Kamikaze' early Friday morning, August 31st.

The surprise release arrived with no advance warning as he took to his twitter page to announce, ''Tried not 2 overthink this 1... enjoy," Eminem wrote on Twitter, alongside a link to the album.

The cover art captures the tail of a military plane, which pays homage to Beastie Boys' 1986 album "Licensed to Ill."

The 13 track album features collaborations from Joyner Lucas, Royce Da 5'9, and Jessie Reyez with production credits from Eminem's longtime collaborator, Dr Dre and his alter ego, Slim Shady.

"Kamikaze" is the rapper's 10th studio album, with a number of songs touching on the criticism he got from his last album "Revival'' released last year.

The album includes a song titled Venom, which is from the upcoming superhero movie starring Tom Hardy.
