Microsoft Releases Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4346783

Microsoft has released a new cumulative update for Windows 10 April 2018 Update, and since it doesn’t land on Patch Tuesday, the focus is entirely on non-security fixes.

Windows 10 cumulative update KB4346783 is available right now from Windows Update, and it bumps the OS build number to 17134.254. The changelog is huge and you can check it in full in the box after the jump

Worth highlighting is a fix aimed at a printing issue caused by a previous cumulative update labeled as KB4034681. As Microsoft explains, addressing the bug doesn’t just come down to installing this update, but additional steps including the creation of a new Registry Key setting.

“Addresses an issue that prevents printing on a 64-bit OS when 32-bit applications impersonate other users (typically by calling LogonUser).
