Download Firmware 1.20 and 1.10 for Fujifilm X-A5 and X-T100 Cameras

Fujifilm has announced the availability of two new firmware versions targeted at its X-T100 and X-A5 cameras, namely 1.10 and 1.20, respectively, which improves the AF accuracy when pressing the shutter button halfway in AF-C mode and fixes slight defects.

In addition to that, the update adds “Rich & Fine” (recommended for food and other tabletop photography) and “Monochrome [NIR]” (simulates Monochrome effect as taken by near-infrared cameras) filters, and corrects a warning message on the Info display.

Moreover, the cameras receive “Square Mode” support that allows users to switch to 1:1 format quicker and enhances compatibility with social media networks (frequently, 1:1 format is the standard format).

Regarding the X-T100 unit, it’s 1.10 firmware changes the initial ISO settings to “AUTO” when switching to P, S, A, M, and Adv modes, and corrects the AF frame behavior in the navigation window.
